- United States federal judge. Franklin Taylor Dupree Jr. (October 8, 1913 – December 17, 1995) was a United States federal judge. Dupree was born in Angier, North Carolina. He received an A.B. from the University of North Carolina in 1933. He received an LL.B. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1936.
